SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program operated by Make It Storm, a service of Easy Data Tracker LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Program description
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive messages, we send recurring automated text messages related to your interest in and use of our services — including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates.
2. How you opt in
Enrollment is assisted: a representative presents this disclosure to you (in person or by phone) and records your agreement, or you confirm consent on a representative’s device. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your appointments or service.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging provider).
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms; the “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version.
